The Control Room is the epicenter of our business; they manage everything from call offs, monitoring CCTV systems, reporting, staff welfare checks, providing telephone and email support for the business and clients. Our team support both our static and mobile business looking to find solutions to rostering gaps.
We only hire people who are driven by providing excellent customer service and those that have great people skills. We want the best operators and in some cases that has meant providing company loans so candidates can become SIA licenced CCTV operatives.
