The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Operations Support Manager to manage and have accountability for operational matters for mobile services within the area. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with both mobile security personnel and clients, with the intention of delivering quality, professional service.

Our new Operations Support Manager will be expected to harness a working environment which is inclusive and encourages teamwork, positivity and efficiency. 

Your duties include (but are not limited to):

• Maintain client satisfaction and contractual obligations to the contracts in the  portfolio
• Review AI's and SOP's for all client sites to ensure they are up to date and compliant
• Proactively manage and resolve customer and staff related issues
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly key audits
• Review alarm response incident reports and resolve key, alarm codes and AI's issues
• Daily vehicle inspections, including check sheets and tracker data
• Preparation of data for monthly meetings with both internal and external stakeholders
• Where necessary, you may be required to provide holiday and sickness cover

Full in-house training will be provided.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Valid SIA Licence
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
• Punctual and reliable
• Passionate about creating an expectational customer experience
• Knowledge of the MS packages (excel, word, outlook)
• Highly intuitive with a curious mindset
• Highly presentable in line with our corporate brand
• Resilient and pro-active in your work
