The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a people focused, driven and self-motivated Regional Operations Manager to manage our security services and client accounts across the designated portfolio.

As we continue to win new business and grow our presence across Aberdeen and the wider remit, we are recruiting for a resilient and pro-active leader who has the ability to manage multiple work streams; and gain and retain corporate security contracts. 

Our new Regional Operations Manager will be an integral part of the Dardan management team and will have responsibility in managing the effective and resilient delivery of Dardan's Security Services.

Your duties include (but are not limited to):

• Full operational account management and client engagement
• Responsible for staff performance, recruitment, welfare and training 
• Account management for key accounts, including cost management and budgets
• Retaining client relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience
• Managing client KPI’s and hosting monthly performance meetings
• Networking and business developing new clients to support our growth strategy
• Support clients on their day to day security issues

Essential Skills and Experience

• Operational Management experience, ideally within the Security industry or similar
• Skilled at stakeholder management
• High levels of integrity
• Commercially astute
• Passionate about creating an exceptional client experience
• Intuitive with a curious mindset
• Driven by high performance
• Highly presentable in line with our corporate brand
• Resilient and pro-active in your work
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
