The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Mobile Services Operation Manager to oversee the operations of multiple sites and ensure exceptional service delivery for our clients. In this key role, you will be responsible for operational account management, client engagement, and the overall performance of your team. 

Your team will be operating Patrol and Response security as well as Key Holding 24/7. You will be reporting to the Head of Business Services Manager and will ensure that every operation runs as smoothly as possible.

Your duties include (but are not limited to):

• Full operational account management for key clients, ensuring service excellence and delivering an outstanding client experience
• Oversee staff performance, recruitment, welfare, training, and resourcing to ensure smooth operations
• Manage key accounts, including cost management and ensuring client KPI’s are met
• Part of on call team (occasion telephone contact out of hours)
• Provide ongoing support to clients for their security-related day-to-day issues
• Retaining client relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, conducting uniform and badge checks, spot checks, and regular tests
• Produce detailed and accurate reports for each site under your management.
• Respond quickly to unforeseen staff replacements and provide holiday or sickness cover when necessary

Essential Skills and Experience

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (essential)
• Operational Management experience, ideally within mobile services / security industry
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a high level of integrity
• Commercial P&L knowledge and experience.
• Commercially astute, with a focus on high performance and client satisfaction.
• Intuitive with a curious mindset
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Highly presentable in line with our corporate brand
• Resilient and pro-active in your work
