The Opportunity
Our client is the world’s largest offshore wind farm and are capable of powering up to 6 million homes annually. The role of a Security Supervisor is highly respected and will manage the core Security team.
Your duties include (but are not limited to):
- Management and Training of all Security Officers on site
- Attend regular meetings with the client to ensure smooth running of the contract
- Provide assistance during emergencies, including site emergency access
- Review and update Assignment Instructions, key holding audits and toolbox talks
- To comply with Part A of the ISPS code and maritime security regulations at all times, and provide ISOS training as necessary
- Work safely and be fully aware of the Company Health and Safety and Environmental’ systems, policies and procedures
- Ensure any first aid incidents are managed and reported correctly
- Supervise all incidents on site and assist PFSO and Head of Operations with changes to security threat level
- Ensuring that Accountability, Responsibility and Ownership are standards that guide behaviour
- Manage SOV crew lists and responsible for checking crew have the correct documentation for shore leave
Full in-house training will be provided.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Valid SIA Licence
- PSFO Qualified
- First Aid Qualification (essential)
- Driving Licence (desirable)
- Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
- Punctual and reliable
- Passionate about creating an expectational customer experience
- Knowledge of the MS packages (excel, word, outlook)
- Highly intuitive with a curious mindset
- Highly presentable in line with our corporate brand
