The Opportunity
The role of a Security Supervisor is highly respected and will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and secure working environment in compliance with Committee for National Infrastructure (CNI) and Causes of Major Accidents and Hazards (COMAH) guidelines. Responsible for the day to day running of the Security on site and all Security Officers assigned to site.
You will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and contractors, and be an integral part of the security team.
Your duties include (but are not limited to):
Supervising the Security on site and all Security Officers
Ensure that the Assignment Instructions and client’s operational procedures are adhered to and up to date
To monitor, train, and provide examples of the high standards to be applied to security staff
Managing and monitoring the operation of the external car park and upkeep of the database
Ensure all Company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies are adhered to
Ensure that the security rosters and cover are updated as required
Full in-house training will be provided.
Essential Skills and Experience
Valid SIA Licence
Experience with CNI and COMAH guidelines desirable
Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
Punctual and reliable
Passionate about creating an expectational customer experience
Knowledge of the MS packages (excel, word, outlook)
Highly intuitive with a curious mindset
Highly presentable in line with our corporate brand
